epideMIC - Help Me

Originally the plan was to upload a joint that Clap Cognac is doing over a beat of mine but that ain't ready yet...soooo....I'm upping a song I was gonna post later this week. It was originally done for my mixtape I handed out at the Dynamic Producer Conference in 06 (thats the cover below), but now demic is using it for his new album/mixtape/whatever called 'Ventilation'.
